Shipping timeline:
Orders typically have 3-5 day processing. The shipping carrier calculated delivery does not include processing time.
Packaging:
All orders are shipped with eco-friendly packaging as part of our sustainable initiative. Our mailers are padded kraft mailers and plastic-free! Your orders are packed with care and protected in our packaging materials. We pack pins in colorful blue kraft paper bags within the padded mailers. We do not include packing slips and/or receipts in your package in order to cut waste. Your purchase information is available to you electronically.

Our orders ship first class with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and come with domestic (USA) tracking. Domestic (USA) packages generally arrive in 3-7 business days. International packages generally take 14-28 days to be delivered, but customs delays can occur, delaying the package.
International customers: USPS does not offer full-tracking services depending on the destination country, therefore, some international orders can only be tracked while it is within the USA.
Delays: If your order is due to be shipped on a day when USPS is closed (i.e. national holidays), your order will be shipped the next business day. Weather conditions may also delay shipping.
We will do our very best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If you are concerned your parcel may have been lost or stolen in transit, you can contact USPS to help you locate your parcel. Have your tracking number ready when contacting USPS.

Unfortunately we cannot be held liable for packages that are lost or stolen. In past experiences, packages generally show up 1-3 days later after a package is reported stolen or lost.
If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you and may request a different delivery address.
