COVID Shipping Updates

Updated: September 7, 2021

Domestic Shipping (USA)

USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. Please be aware we are seeing up to 2-4 weeks of increased transit time, depending on location. We ship from Florida, USA. Please click here for more information: https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/

International Shipping (outside of USA)

We are seeing a drastic delay in international transit times. This varies by destination, but we have seen lag times of 4-10 weeks for packages leaving USA. This even applies to our Canadian customers.

While we have decided to still ship internationally, please be aware you may expect a delay from when your package leaves an international postal hub (such as Miami, Jacksonville, or New York international). Once your package is on a cargo flight or container ship, you may not receive an update for several weeks until your package has gone through your local customs. Unfortunately this is out of our control.

International Mail Service Suspensions - now includes AU

USPS is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to service impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
